Our application process

  •  Fill out an application and tell us about you
  • If you make it to the next step, we’ll invite you for a psychometric test, personality test and assess your IT capability.
  • If shortlisted, we’ll invite you for the first round interview with HR and the manager of the hiring unit
  • If shortlisted, we’ll invite you for the second round interview with the executive team
  • We’ll communicate the results of your interview, and if successful arrange for pre-employment medical examinations
  • We’ll conduct standard reference checks
  • We’ll send you an offer letter!
